Privacy notice

How we use order details.

When you send an order request, we use your name, phone number, email address, delivery details, and order notes to confirm and fulfil that request.

Reference images

Reference images help our team understand your cake brief. We do not add them to pricing-estimate examples unless you select the optional consent box in the order form.

Order updates

We send order confirmations and status updates by email. You can also contact us on WhatsApp through the link on this site.

Before launch

The bakery owner must review and approve this notice, the image-retention period, and any required local legal wording before the site accepts live orders.
